Dad character developing brief
A Chinese man (from south China, Hongkong/ Canton) moved to Wales in 80s, starting his own business of a Chinese restaurant. He met with a Welsh woman and they got married.
On the birthday of his 9- year-old daughter, he wanted to cook a boil of birthday noodles with red eggs, several dishes for her.
